Replacement Policy
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a free replacement within 3 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging. We may contact you to understand the issue better before processing the replacement.

Customized Orders: All items are printed as per the details provided at the time of order. We do not accept replacement, refund, or cancellation requests for errors in customization (e.g., spelling mistakes) or if you change your mind after the order is placed.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
